This series explores emotional rupture through text transcribed into the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA). Each poem is reconstructed as a mixed media collage on canvas, disrupting conventional readability while preserving the structure of sound.

By removing standard English spelling, the work challenges familiarity and control within language. Fragmented forms, layered materials, and physical construction mirror the emotional architecture behind the text.

These pieces are not simply poems translated visually, they are acts of reconstruction. Language becomes material. Rupture becomes structure.
