Moving through themes of self-reclamation, trust, and quiet transformation, this collection traces the shift from disconnection to presence. The poems do not rush toward resolution, but instead linger in the in-between moments, where clarity emerges slowly, and what once felt impossible begins to feel real.

Presented in two forms, each poem appears in both International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) and standard English. One side of the book asks the reader to slow down and sound out each word, while the other offers immediate clarity. Together, they mirror the process of understanding itself, sometimes intuitive, sometimes deliberate.

This is not a collection about idealized love, but about recognizing something steady after instability, and learning to remain present within it.
